Cliff Young founded Senior Benefits Group, LLC in May of 2017.  He started this company for two primary reasons.

First, the Senior Market is huge now, but growing at a rapid rate day by day. It is a well known fact that ALL Americans are grossly underinsured.  This opens up a world of opportunity in both the Final Expense Life Insurance and Medicare Supplement market.  He will be a leader in this space and wants you to join him.

Secondly, he understands that not all final expense advisors want to stay in the final expense market their entire career.  They want something different, something bigger.  This is where Cliff and his parent company, Insurance Solutions Group, Inc. come into play.

Cliff has been in the life insurance business almost 30 years.  He sold life insurance for the first 3 years of his career, then jumped head first into the Brokerage General Agency arena.  Over the course of his brokerage career, he has bought out 4 partners and thoroughly streamlined all of his business entities.  As you can see from his history below, Cliff can be your path to larger, more lucrative sales beyond Final Expense, if you choose to make that change.

Cliff’s expertise lies in the areas of Impaired Risk Underwriting for Life Insurance, Business Continuation Planning for Small Business Owners and Long Term Care Insurance planning.

He began his career after earning a B.S.B.A. in Banking and Finance, as well as Real Estate and Mortgage Finance from Mississippi State University in 1989.  In his first sales position (with Mass Mutual in Columbus, MS), he earned several recognitions including the “Fast Start Award”, “Freshman Leader” and both Agency and District “Rookie of the Year” in 1989 and 1990.

In 1990 he completed his Series 6 and Series 63 licenses and became a Unit Manager for Mass Mutual.

In 1991, Cliff moved to Jackson, MS and opened a District Office for Mass Mutual and hired 7 new Sales Associates.

In 1992, Cliff left Mass Mutual and began his career within the Brokerage General Agency industry with Mississippi Insurance Brokerage as a Brokerage Manager.

In 1993 Cliff began a structured buy out of his former partner at Mississippi Insurance Brokerage.

By 1999, Cliff was a Senior Partner of Mississippi Insurance Brokerage and merged his company with Producers Marketing Group to form what is known today as Insurance Solutions Group, Inc.  By 2016, he had bought out his partners in Insurance Solutions Group and began constructing the business plan for a new company, Senior Benefits Group, LLC.

Since he began his career in Brokerage over 25 years ago, Cliff has earned the trust of hundreds of agents throughout the nation in taking care of all of their life insurance, long term care insurance and annuity needs.  He strives to continue nurturing those existing relationships and to build even more.
